121 BACK CARE is a 10 -12 week programme design tried and tested by the university of York to strengthen and align your back & posture. Designed by Iyengar Yoga teacher Alison Trewhela who has drawn the knowledge and practices from the Iyengar yoga lineage and her studies of backcare.
Individual sessions allow for personal attention and flexibility in your schedule, however, you can also share theses sessions with a friend if you both have a similar level of commitment to heal.

What makes this Yoga programme different?
Randomized Trials were carried out in 2011 . The results were measured by the University of York and the trials funded by Arthritis Research UK for this specific yoga course and it was compared to other therapies . The results clearly showed that this specific yoga gave a much higher success rate and longer lasting results than the other therapies in the trial.
