DOING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE You are invited to explore the idea of a mandala through movement. Become part of an intertwined circle with others, experience group dynamics and team work to stretch and strengthen body and mind.
Mandala yoga flows 1 & 2 are done solo, on our own mat and we travel 360° around the mat, combining multiple areas of focus and body awareness. Please bring your mat, blanket and water bottle.
Human Mandalas Based on forms in nature, we create the pose designs from a center point to open outwardly and symetrically.
We are all connected – make a circle and let the fun begin!
