121 Yoga

Numerous years of working 121 with clients has given Linda  enormous insight to adapting yoga/meditation/breathing and relaxation to their specific needs and preferences.  She brings  enthusiasm to every session and starts from where a person is at in the present moment.  Every session is a new day and looked at with a fresh eye!


121 was how yoga was traditionally taught and classes became a modern invention due to increased popularity.  For different reasons many people still prefer this way of  learning:

  • Tight schedule, can’t commit to class
  • Focus on specific aspects of yoga
  • Nervous about a class
  • Recovering from injury
  • Find it easier to relax and destress alone
  • Specialised Yoga – Back care, Prenatal, Post natal,Restorative
